Spring property market as strong as ever.
WOW! That was one busy month. We listed 123 new properties to the market in the month of April. Our valuers, photographers, and admin team have been working flat out to bring all these new properties to the market.
In April we listed something for everyones budget from an affordable, modernised town house at £85,000 to a magnificent Stone farmhouse overlooking Anglezarke reservoir at £1,275,000. Plus our valuers diaries are getting booked up already for next month, we expect May to be just as busy.
