The Mailing List.
We mail a new property letter to every one registered on our mailing list, plus for the serious buyer who needs to move quickly we send emails or regular text messages to their mobile phones with new property details. In addition, all our staff receive commission for the houses they sell so when your property comes onto the market they will personally contact buyers for you.
Customer Service.
We send you a regular report detailing the activity on your property such as how many hits you have received on the internet, how many details we have mailed out etc, plus we will give you feed back after every viewing. When we sell your home, a personal sale negotiator will look after your sale right up to completion day.
