Hi All,   We would like to thank Regan and Hallworth for the care and attention we received as tenants over the 3 years we rented with you.   After a horrific life endangering experience with a previous letting agent we were extremely anxious and mistrusting as tenants. However, f rom beginning to end Lee made himself available to us and made us feel at ease. He ensured we felt valued as tenants through his warm, caring, and personable approach.    His team have been contactable and available throughout our tenancy.    We had the luxury of having an excellent landlord who worked closely with Lee, Laura and Jennifer to ensure we were looked after as tenants. Despite the landlord living in a different time zone, he was reactive in responding quickly to queries and requests for repairs put to him via Regan and Hallworth.   Its unfortunate for us that the property sold, but it's even more unfortunate that we are having to change letting agents in order to move.    Thank you Laura and Jennifer for your efforts trying to find us an alternative property to match our needs. And thank you Lee for always being willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were respected, valued and able to place our trust in you.    We would highly recommend Lee and the team.
