The Regan's kitchen voted best in the North
Following extensive remodelling at their Rufford Home Andrew & Linda Regan were delighted to hear at the 2014 Northern Design Awards, Stuart Fraizer scooped two of the top awards for their new Kitchen. The room was judged by a 10 strong panel that included HRH Princess Katarina, George Clark from channel 4's Amazing Spaces, and designers Wayne Hemingway & Linda Baker. The space won "Best Kitchen" and "Room of the Year". Having valued over 20,000 properties in my career, I would like to think I know a little of what constitutes good design and what makes a room really work. With the help of professionals Sturat Frazer Kitchens and interior Designer Karen Harringtion we set about trying to create a very upmarket ski lodge style of property. The room not only had to look great but also be comfortable and practical as well. We also like to entertain, so we took the bold move of replacing the study with a really cool new bar area. I am delighted to say Stuart Fraizer & Karen have really helped us pull off our brief , and I am quite proud of the fact the space has now been deemed to be award winning as well.
