The UK has a brand new property website.
Onthemarket.com the UK’s brand new property website has got off to a flying start, securing half of all the properties available in the Wigan area in its first week! The countries leading estate agents have quickly realised this is the new trendy place to showcase their properties, many estate agents including ourselves have chosen to premier their properties on the new site first. Unfortunately this is bad news for zoopla, as all those properties have been delisted from their website. The news hit zoopla shares hard as they fell dramatically with the launch of the rival site.
Andrew Regan commented. We love the new onthemarket website, it is free from third party advertising and spam, a feature that unfortunately plagues sites like zoopla. Onthemarket.com is entirely focused on promoting our clients property in its best light without any irritating distractions. Plus it has been built with the latest technology, making our properties look great on any device. We will of course continue to support rightmove.co.uk the UK’s number one property website, but it is now very encouraging to see that they now have a serious contender.
