Having previously run his own letting business and clocked up 14 years experience working for some of the largest corporate companies Lee has excellent knowledge of the Chorley, Wigan and Parbold areas and has worked in both the front end sales side of the business and property management.

We are selective in the properties we let and only work with conscientious landlords who have well maintained properties. Likewise we will only let a property when we have thoroughly checked our tenants credentials. This year we have a 100% success rate in finding tenants and can offer a fully managed service or a let only service at extremely competitive rates.
